Putting on
weight is what you notice slowly. But there are reasons or
causes behind that weight gain. Simply eating is not
normally the underlying cause. There may be other
issues that trigger the over-eating or the eating of
unhealthy foods.
If
you simply go to a gym or join a weight loss club that
focuses just on physical weight loss, you will end up with
the "Yo-Yo" system - lose weight, gain weight, and so on.
Why? Because many weight loss systems fail to address the
underlying causes of obesity and weight gain.
For
proper weight management (or any other wellness
program), you need to take a holistic approach -
something that is often ignored in our modern "instant
fix" world.
